This is a concentrated blend. There are as many recipes for German Sausage as there are Germans. Our recipe was developed and passed down from the Gil Michlitch family and is unique to the Michlitch Company. This package has no binder; so you may add your own. It can be used to make a smoked or fresh product. The nitrite cure is packaged separately. This package will season 50 lbs of meat.

Salt, spices, sugar, sodium erythorbate, spice extractives, dextrose, <1% tricalcium phosphate
CURE INGREDIENTS:
Salt, Sodium Nitrite, #3 Red, <1% glycerin
