This seasoning will process 10 pounds of meat, into a great tasting jerky. Use solid pieces of meat, free from fat and cut thin. Complete instructions come with each package.
Ingredients: salt, sugar, monosodium glutamate, pepper, garlic powder, 2% Soy bean oil.
Cure ingredients: salt, sodium nitrite, propylene glycol, sodium bicarbonate, red #3.
Packet of course ground pepper included.
